I am that fool..
Freefurbie and I removed them (On the old forum) because we had 30+ Forums.
We thought it wasn't needed -- Majority of the forums don't have a welcoming forum.
It's too much for the moderators to moderate.
Instead; You just have to post in [RC] General Discussion
