I am getting very annoyed to whom are going off topic/spamming.
This rule applys to EVERYONE. Just because you're a moderator, administrator or member,
doesn't mean you have the right to say whatever you want! Private messaging! That's why
I worked so hard on upgrading it!!
Please! Spamming will result in a scrub, Off-topic will result in a deletion (of the post)
If you continue to violate these rules, you will be stripped of your powers and banned.
